Lodging

Get the most out of CCWC by staying on campus.
You’ll have more opportunities for fun and fellowship and not miss any of the early morning and late night activities. You need to reserve your room directly with the YMCA. Click here for prices and needed reservation form.

Not staying on campus?

Do you realize that for only $32 more each night ($55 for Friday night) you CAN stay on campus in a room with another conferee?

How is this possible? Meals that cost $40 (from dinner day of arrival through lunch day of departure) are included with your lodging. Plus, there is no YMCA daily use fee of $20 for those staying on campus.

You'll be close to all that's happening, be able to return to your room for a nap or if you forget something, and be a part of late-night activities  without having to drive back after dark to where you are staying.

Your choice, of course, but we just want to be sure you realize that staying on campus might be within your price range after all!

Meals

Dinner day of arrival through lunch day of departure
is included for those staying in Alpen or Longs Peak.
That’s a daily savings of $40
plus the $20 YMCA dailly use fee if you stay on campus!

Cabin rentals do not include meals.

Commuters and those staying in a cabin
are welcome to purchase meals in the dining hall.
$11 Breakfast, $13 lunch, $16 dinner

Hayride and Chuck Wagon Dinner
 Saturday Night

CCWC is about praying, learning, networking, and having fun!
Saturday night, weather permitting, we’re again planning
a horse-drawn hayride and chuck wagon dinner around a campfire.
It’s a real memory-maker!
Plan to wear jeans, dress in layers, and bring a jacket.
Cost is approximately $30.
Payment for the hayride is made at the conference.
