Need Scholarship Help?
If you need financial help to attend, we suggest you first approach your church or a Christian friend so that you will also have someone to provide encouragement and accountability after the conference. If there is no one you can ask, please visit again for information on scholarships that are available on a first-come basis. No scholarship help is available for paid critiques, meals, and lodging. The Lord will provide a way if this is the year He wants you to come. Trust Him!
Need Time Payments?
If needed, you can secure your registration with a $100 deposit, but your balance due must be paid in full by May 8 for your appointments to be scheduled unless other arrangements are made. If you need to stretch time payments out beyond the conference (with the balance paid by the end of 2020), a $25 administrative fee will be added to your balance due. Please note that PayPal cannot be used for deposits and partial payments.
Get the most out of CCWC by staying on campus.
You’ll have moore opportunities for fun and fellowship and not miss any of the early morning and late night activities. You need to reserve your room directly with the YMCA. Click here for prices and needed reservation form.
Not staying on campus?
Do you realize that for only $32 more each night ($49 for Friday night) you CAN stay on campus?
You'll be close to all that's happening . . . enjoy being able to return to your room for a nap or if you forget something . . . be a part of late-night activities or just coffee with a friend without having to drive back after dark to where you are staying.
How can this be? For a person not staying on campus, the YMCA charges a daily commuter fee of $20 for non-members plus $39 for meals.
If you share a room with another conferee (writing friend for life), both of the above charges are included in your lodging expense.
Your choice, of course, but we just want to be sure you realize that staying on campus might be within your price range after all!
Dinner day of arrival through lunch day of departure is included for those staying in Alpen or Longs Peak.
That’s a daily savings of $39 plus the $20 YMCA commuter fee if you stay on campus!
Cabin rentals do not include meals.
Commuters and those staying in a cabin are welcome to purchase meals.
